Do I need to be in treatment to work with OnTrack Recovery?
No. Recovery coaching can support individuals at many stages of recovery, whether you're transitioning from treatment, maintaining long-term recovery, or looking for additional accountability and support.
Is recovery coaching confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is important. Coaching sessions are conducted in a private and respectful setting, and your personal information is kept confidential except where disclosure may be required by law.
Is recovery coaching covered by insurance?
No. Recovery coaching is a private-pay service and is not a substitute for counseling, therapy, or medical treatment.
